Scope and acceptance

These terms govern the use of the Sunny Sarapia online store and the purchase of products. By placing an order you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Products and prices

Prices are shown in euros (VAT included where applicable). We reserve the right to correct typos. Offers are subject to availability.

Order and payment

The contract is formed when we confirm receipt of your order. You can pay by card (Stripe) or, where applicable, with a promotional code. Card payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to Spain (free shipping) and the rest of Europe (additional cost). Delivery times are indicative. We are not responsible for delays due to the carrier or force majeure.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason. The period starts when you receive the product. To exercise this right you must inform us clearly (e.g. via the Contact page). You must return the product without undue use, in its original packaging where possible. We may deduct any loss in value from use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Returns and refunds

After we receive the returned product and check its condition, we will refund you by the same payment method within a reasonable time. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Limitation of liability

Sunny Sarapia shall not be liable beyond cases of breach of contract, product defects or foreseeable damage in accordance with normal use.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the mandatory provisions of your country of residence apply.
